Reservations

Reservations hold an item pending confirmation. Payment is cash on collection unless otherwise agreed.

Condition

Items are sold as-is with the condition indicated. Inspect on collection before paying.

Pickup and payment

Collection is by appointment from {{address}}. Reserved items are held for 48 hours from confirmation unless another period is agreed in writing. Payment is cash on collection unless another method is agreed in advance.

Refunds and returns

Because items are second-hand and sold as-is, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If an item is not as described, contact us within 7 days of collection and we will work with you to resolve it.

Dispute resolution

Please contact us first using the details below and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve any dispute. If we cannot resolve it, either party may refer the matter to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) or another appropriate body.
